Gender Pay Report / Equal Pay Law
Amendment 6 to the Equal Pay Law requires employers with more than 518 employees, and employers operating under statutes listed in Section 6A, to prepare an annual internal report detailing average pay by employee segment, including the average pay gap between men and women.
Based on the internal report, a public report is published — with percentage data on average pay gaps by employee segment and scope of employment, by gender — as well as an employee report detailing the group each employee belongs to and the pay gaps within it. Reports refer to the previous calendar year. GHC has prepared gender pay reports covering tens of thousands of employees, using a proprietary methodology proven to match legal requirements precisely.
